Greece could be easily the oldest seafaring nation of the world. In the island of Sikinos there is a wonderful tradition of jumping into the wake of a departing vessel as a mark of respect for a loved one leaving the island.
Some one with equal measure of highs and lows in life - family, education, work and friends. An attempt to share the efforts to find peace through Jesus to live this life. My victories and failures on that road of life..
Just like many other Kochiniers I was also offered a slave to Mary @ Vallarpadam as a child by my parents in the tradition of Meenakshi Amma's faith.
In and around the church whenever possible, contemplating on Meenkashi Amma's faith most of the time.
This does not mean, I do not accept other faiths, infact I do, I have complete respect for other faiths as I believe they are also for helping the man kind to live this life here on the earth well.
